Professional experience

Raphaël Faure’s practice focuses on civil, administrative and criminal litigation.

His main areas of practice are contract law, in particular employment law, white collar crime cases and civil and medical liability law.

Raphaël Faure advises and represents clients before judicial and administrative authorities. He acts in cases involving both individuals and corporate entities.

Before joining the firm as an associate in 2023, Raphaël Faure worked as legal counsel in a company and completed his legal internship with a Geneva law firm specialised in litigation.

He passed his bar exam in October 2022, summa cum laude.
